I hired Michelle as my stylist and I am still stunned at her professionalism. She put her heart and soul to giving me the best experience every time. I enjoy her traditional ways of doing healthy hair and how passionately she took care of my hair. I just love everything about the salon, the people that work there and the kind of people that go there too. They are really friendly, ready to listen and understanding. The best part is that their services are really pocket friendly. I just love the place and have recommended them to so many of friends already.

Michelle is very innovative in her work. I walked in with tape extensions, wanting to try out a sew in weave and she legit made a weave out of my 30 bundle tape extensions. She left me feeling glamorous and I'm really enjoying my alternating cascade weave (to give it some type of description). My natural hair naturally still comes out through each weft. Amazing job, and her team mate Carress was also wonderful!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Called the salon and the owner spoke with me when I asked for an estimate price she just hung up on me. Afterwards I called back and she got mad at me for calling back I thought that the line got disconnected she said she would not give me pricing yet all of it is online. She was so rude to me and hung up on me yet again. You will not be getting any buisness from me. A great salon starts with great customer service.

I love this salon. I felt my Braider Carress was not only an amazing Braider but also understood how to help get my hair back to a healthy place. I appreciated her honesty. She even suggested that I take a hair break and almost lost the chance to make her full fee had I changed my mind about the style I wanted. I appreciated her for caring more about making sure my hair is healthy than making money. I will continue to use her. I also watched the owner Michelle do a weave and a hair cut that was great!! These 2 women care about hair health. I am very happy with my hair. It looks amazing. Thank you Michelle and Carress.

I feel pity for anyone working for the ownerb she is rude and incredibly unprofessional! Called to ask about pricing and the owner was suddenly upset saying they are `old school` and won't discus business on the phone...I saw on Facebook that their prices are listed, called to see if those were maybe starting prices, just so I could have a price range. She told me to stop calling and go to another salon. This salon came recommended, even though they are 30 minutes away I wanted to try but didn't see it convenient to drive 30 minutes JUST to learn their prices. If you don't agree to make the drive, she will accuse you of not being a serious client. I suggest Allure Salon in Clearwater... excellent customer service and I love my silk press!
