Worst 150$ I ever spent I even tipped 20$ extra for my new extensions all just to fall out within two weeks. After calling and explaining what happened extremely calm I was told I would get a call back. which I did not, I just thought must be busy its understandable ill call back tomorrow. The next day I called back and I'm met with complete lies yelling at me telling me I'm not allowed to have attitude when I've been nothing but polite I'm met with the worst customer service of any business I've ever dealt with. Almost as if he had been preparing to yell at me from the day before. Seemed like an attempt to scare me from trying to reconcile my hair mistake. What kind of business owner yells at customers threatening to block there phone number? Do not go here!
