I have been going here for years. I have used all the â€œoriginalsâ€ to cut my sonâ€™s hair and have never been disappointed. Yesterday, my son was cut by Stella, a new face, and what a horrible experience that was. Long story short, she showed him a picture and he agreed to it, I told her the top was to be no shorter than a #4. She made a HUGE mistake and never admitted to it. My son cried the whole haircut, heâ€™s 7 and starting to care about what he looks like and of course what other kids will think. The entire time instead of blaming herself and being apologetic, she told me I was making my son nervous and cry, and kept pushing him to stay with an ugly haircut he didnâ€™t like. In the end, she butchered his beautiful hair and we were left with no choice but to cut all the hair off, a buzz cut. Iâ€™m rating this a 3 because I didnâ€™t have to pay for my sonâ€™s hair being buzzed off and his sadness, and because the service has been good in the past. However, she, Stella, should be let go of immediately. Also, the manager, Vilma was there, so were most of the other stylists, and everyone heard and saw, and no one offered to help or intervene, and thatâ€™s unacceptable. It wasnâ€™t until I was at the register about to pay and almost in tears that they attempted to do something.

I came to this shop after having a bad experience at the pines store and it was much better Vilma cut my sons hair and she was very patient and took the time to listen to what we where saying and was involved with us asking questions and what we thought.

Took her for the free haircut when we donate the hair and my daughters hair looks like they cut the pony tail straight off and didn't even it out or fix it!
