Went in to get a clean slate, start new with my hair and the lady cutting my hair decided it would be a good idea to thin out short hair, I asked why because it concerned me but she started before I realized so it was already too late and her answer was “so it looks better as it grows back out” now I have to wait for my hair to grow back out a little and go get it cut off again, this time I’ll go somewhere that charges me 10$ for something so simple, not 18. Overpriced for the crappy cuts.

Nice people. Decent haircut and prices. My husband likes that they use the scissors instead of the Clippers.

Nikol did my hair exactly how I wanted it. I wanted to cut off like 5 inches of hair and go ginger. I was nervous because I didn't want it to look unnatural. But she mixed some colors together so I didn't look like a pomegranate approaching people. I'm obsessed with my hair color and will totally go back to her to get it touched up and redyed. Plus she and the other ladies were super nice. I will say when I was younger hair cuttery never lived up to my needs but this one does. It's filled with talented artist. I've been going on and off for years and no matter who I get they seem to do well.

Terrible service!!! I did walk in, so I expected a little wait and was told when I arrived the wait was about 30 minutes but no more than 45. I waited an hour and 15 minutes and finally walked out without a cut. One stylist did one cut on a man and the other stylist had someone in their chair the entire time I was there. I will never set foot in any Hair Cuttery again!!

I was extremely nervous about getting my hair cut, having been 15-20+ years since I'd let anyone but myself do it. Kat made me feel at ease immediately & not only did I find myself actually excited about the outcome, she did such a great job that I'm even starting a semi-regular regimen for both cuts AND coloring. I don't really have the budget for regular hair maintenance, but I gotta do something for myself sometimes or I'm gonna start hurting people. Lol! J/k (or am I?) But I digress. All the stylists were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and they seemed happy with each other - which made for a fun & relaxing environment as well as experience. It's for all of the reasons stated above that turned things from panic to pleasure & turned me into a returning customer on a semi-regular basis. :D
