If you want specialized color and cut tailored to your preference and guided to the right choice you MUST see Carolina. I will never get my hair done by anyone else, and the same goes for my eye brows which is why I followed her from the previous Hair Cuttery where I met her. Many times she guides me to what is best for my hair whether it be a color or deciding to take it slow in order NOT to destroy my hair. After all, she is the expert and knows what is best. Recently, I had dyed my hair black and my roots had been growing in for months. At least 2 inches and my hair is light brown. Carolina already knew I didn’t want my roots touched because I am trying to transition my hair back to natural. She individually picked every strand of hair to highlight and my hair came out beautifully. I fully trust her with my hair.

Today I had a great experience with Ricardo. He did an amazing job, stayed extra few hours to make sure my hair looked perfect. Everybody was very pleasant and professional in the shop. I also had a surprise experience, some gentlman who is a regular at the Hair Salon actually was very Generous to pay for my entire haircut . I want to just say a big Thank You for your over the top Generousity :)

I sat with my sister over the weekend while she got her hair done and it turned out beautifully, my sister was at the salon from 10-4 in the afternoon so the stylist took her time. After seeing what a great job that had been done with not only the cut but the color, I had wanted mine done. I made an appointment and explained i wanted a haircut as well as color. When I got there she was not only late but before starting anything I was told not only did she not have time to color my hair but I need to go home and do my roots. That's why i made the appointment, so she could help me and fix my roots. Also I'm confused as to why have a receptionist taking appointments and asking what the client wants, to not have anything done but a cut. Oh and while cutting my hair, she had me standing the whole entire time. I understand my hair is long but from start to finish she had me standing, and after working all day I reallY didn't appreciate standing for 15 minutes. I should have walked out when she said she didn't have time But i needed my hair cut. But then after being there only 30 minutes another client walked in who was a man that only needed a trim. I left feeling completely upset with how i was treated, My business clearly was unimportant which is a shame cause she could have made well over a hundred dollars for not only the cut but a full head of lowlights but decided to rush things and not do exactly what i scheduled. I will never go back to her and it's disappointing to see the time and effort she had put in with my sister and to not make anything near that with me was such a waste of my time.

It's always a pleasure to get my haircut at this site with Carolina Velez, It's been almost two years since I met her at other Hair Cuttery Location (by Hillsboro), she is so caring and professional that since then, I cannot put my haircut in other hands but hers. Although this Hair Cuttery is a little far from my house, this it's located at a more quiet and convenience place.

See MJ (Mary Joe). She gave me one of the best haircuts I have ever had, a fade/blend from a 1.5 to a 3. She'll clean up your ears, neck and face a bit. Looks great. Thanks MJ, I will be back.
