I am very shocked at the amount of positive reviews this “salon†has earned. I have type 3B Curly hair, and I expected great things and to learn a few things as well by the reviews. I had to wait over an hour to be seen by Danna. When I was finally seen, Danna played with my hair and basically made it frizzy before taking the “before†photo. When cutting my hair, she kept telling me degrading things, such as “your hairline is receding†(it is not) and she spent the entire “informative session†attempting to to sell me a pyramid scheme product, retailing at $150. I continued to decline the product and she began to inform me that I can become a seller as well. She informed me of how much she had made after she switched to selling the pyramid scheme product, and I was ready to bolt at this point. Overall, I paid $138 for the worst trim in my life and my new hairstylist had to correct the damage she had done. Aside from that, the workers in this establishment were yelling/gossiping the entire time.
