I have been wanting a Brazilian blowout for years. I have contemplated it month after month. It's a lot of money to spend on a hairdo in my opinion so I was cautious. The service was outstanding. Jill did the Brazilian Blowout it was a process to do on your hair and she explained it every step of the way. I seriously cannot stop smiling. The owner Jeanie has been telling me to get this done for years because of my hair texture type and job that I do. I was reluctant to spend the money but let me tell you it was worth every penny. This is a great salon and I enjoyed every time I've come in!

Liers who want to take your money and not do what they said they can do. After sending them pictures asking if they can do what I want for my wedding they said yes and gave me rates. I scheduled trial.when I first walked in I confirmed that the stylist know how to do my hair and that she is available on my wedding day. She confirmed. Both.half way into working on my hair she told me that she actually have two appointments the day of my wedding, and she will have to come very early in the morning. She ended up not doing my hair the way I want and she changed me way more than what she originally quoted me for th trial. They just want to take your money they don't care about you. Don't waste your money or time scheduleing anything with them. Maria was rude from the very first time I talked to her on the phone. Wouldn't want to deal with her ever again.

I rescheduled appointment two times due to emergent situations beyond my control. I notified the stylist thru automated system and then by private number text 24 plus hours ahead of time. No response after second time even though they were notified within the 24 hour time frame. My stylist was always very congenial and was a great colorist. I am sitting here wondering why no call back no text and I have to guess I am not a client any longer. Guess no closure. Very confused. Didn't know there was a policy that said you aren't allowed to reschedule... Confused and hurt..

This is mostly for the person who rated one star. You apparently had enough time To write that long review, but not enough time to call and make an appointment first? I have lived in Destin since 85. My mom and I have been using pin up girls since they opened, we actually followed the owners from another salon. They do an amazing job and they have a huge Clientele, meaning they are always busy. If they weren't fake smiling to your face, it was legit. To even acknowledge that the 9 Month pregnant stylist said "Hun" is huge. Have you ever been pregnant??? Your PERCEPTION, that any of them is RUDE, is just that, YOUR PERCEPTION. These are HARD working People. I don't need them to kiss my rear end as Long as they do a great job, and THAT they do. Also, their prices are sooo Much better than any other salon I've been to In this town. Glad you found a salon That can deal With your Oversensitivity. ðŸ™„#realpeople

Being a local here I gave this salon a try for the first time awhile back. I walked in for a simple hair cut and there was 3 ladies working. Which I understand they were busy and I was a walk in. The lady told me I can come back and to give her my number so she can call me later...she never called. Today I gave them a second chance. Again I wanted a simple hair cut. There was 2 working, the first lady looked at me like she couldn't believe someone walked in and said in a rude tone "Can I help you?" I asked if I could get a hair cut and if they had time. She said she couldn't she was busy and leaving soon (in a rude tone) then asked the other lady if she could get me in. With out even looking at me the lady said "I can't do it sorry" also in a rude tone. I said well ok then nevermind and turned to walk out then the first lady said "Sorry hun I'm 9 months pregnant". That's no excuse for cappy customer service and rudeness. I gave them a second chance and that was definitely the last. So I went to Destin Harbor Hair and THEY are how a salon should be! Friendly with a smile and very welcoming. Jessica did my hair and did a great job! Didn't rush plus took her time evendors though she had to leave early...her mother is also a sweet funny lady. Both were very professional and welcomed extra money...Who wouldn't!
