Not even 1 star is my rating for this business. I made the terrible mistake of choosing Pink & Blue to cut my hair yesterday. Not only did they do a terrible job on my hair but when I complained both the owner and the stylist argued with me making me feel uncomfortable which made matters even worse. Today when I wrote a Google review about my experience the owner had the nerve to reply with an insulting tone implying that I couldn't afford the extra $40 which she wanted me to pay to blow dry my hair so she could prove that the haircut wasn't bad. I wouldn't spend a dime more after they chopped my hair so the implication is rude and just goes to show that this lady has no class and definitely no experience in handling customer complaints. She could've handled the issue in a more respectful manner. Judging by her attitude and response she is bound to argue with everyone who has a bad experience. Perhaps the CLIENTELE she mentions in her insulting reply would take note of this review so that they take their business somewhere else. Unless of course they don't mind being belittled by the owner and their employees. Pink & Blue should change their name to Black & Blue which is exactly how I feel.
