Just a quick, but heartfelt thank you to Kayla and others at Great Clips. My mother's husband passed away today and they went out of their way to try and brighten her spirits by being kind, compassionate , and making her feel good about herself with a great hair cut. She hasn't been taking of herself lately and the hair cut brought a smile to her face. Can't thank you enough for your kindness and making the sadness go a way for a moment. Forever a fan.

My 17 year old son went in with a picture and specific instructions. The passion who did his hair BUTCHERED it, was supposed to be blended on the sides with the top left somewhat long and BLENDED. This is by far the WORST hair cut he has ever been given. He tried to explain they were going to short and it wasn't blended, but they kept going. Sad that they decided to take advantage of a teenager. Now it's to short to fix and his senior pictures will have to be put on hold. DISGUSTED and will be calling cooperate..
