All around bad experience. Came in for a simple hair cut. Stylist was silent or having a bad day and it feels like she took it out on my head. Back of my neck has actual section where the clippers broke skin. Hair was uneven all around and the and while cutting my edge I noticed a small section on my eyebrow that was accidentally cut.... either way. Wonâ€™t go back. My true regret is that I didnâ€™t ask for a refund. I didnâ€™t say anything because with the way my hair was cut I could imagine the â€œfixâ€ would to be to leave me bald.

The staff was great and it had quick service. I went in told the lady what I wanted she said she understood offered to show her a picture and everything. When she was done it was only a couple inches shorter then when I went in. Not stacked in the back no angle no nothing. I paid for the service. Tipped her t dollars and will never go back again. You go somewhere to get you hair cut to people expecting them to know that they are a trained person. If you don't know how to do something just say it. Wasted money, wasted time and still not happy!

I honestly think i recieved the worst haircut of my life here. Valerie may be good on cutting others hair but she had a off day with me. Im honestly sitting in fade nation barbershop getting my hair cut again.

Normally Miss Laual does my hair, she is fabulous! But I needed a cut today on Laural's day off. Debbie cut my hair and was very nice, but when I got home and my hair dried it showed all kinds of marks...no that's not really her fault as my hair tends to do this because of my blonde hair. I called Debbie and without hesitation or judgment told me to come right back and she would gladly fix it . I went back and she was so very professional about the entire situation and I left the second time with no complaints:)
