This salon is unprofessional and rude. My girlfriend was supposed to pick me up here in Ocala at 5pm after her hair appointment. This was her very first appointment at this place, and she made it two days ahead of time for 1pm. She called me at 3pm, furious, to say she'd be picking me up early because after two hours the salon still hadn't even started doing her hair, so she was leaving. Unable to get her computer online at the salon so she could post this criticism, she ranted at me instead, so I'm posting it myself. Why the heck tell someone they had a 1pm appointment if you had no intention of keeping it, people? Now you are probably going to get TWO complaints on your record. One from me and one from my girlfriend. Way to go, folks.

I've been going to Ms Tonia for years. Shes the only person I let style my hair. She specializes in healthy hair. She gets you in and out. There's no need to cancel your whole day just to get your hair done. It's a friendly atmosphere. I recommend this place to everyone.
