I called to get in sight about getting a hair trim that is shaped like a v. The lady was very polite and said yes they can and to come around 12 pm. Then I proceed and go to the business and I explain to her that I want a trim and shape like a v with that I also showed the lady exactly how it should look. she told me to wait for her and show as well and explain. I sit down and then explained that I want a trim and shaped like a v and not to cut to much hair off and showed her 2 examples of how I want it. She spun me around and started. I have extensions in and I know theyâ€™re are more easier to manipulate and also had a previous cut like I asked for from another stylist but she is in New York. When she turned me around to show me her work I was mortified that I couldnâ€™t speak. I told her this is not how itâ€™s supposed to look or feel and itâ€™s shorter. She said she can fix it and texturize it to make flow properly. I didnâ€™t want to sit back down but I did and she tried again and I was even more upset on how it looked that I told her itâ€™s not right and I just need to go. I paid and cried in my car for awhile. I picked myself up and called them and asked is there anyway to rectify the situation because my extensions arenâ€™t cheap. I paid around 500 for my bundles hautelocks in Hollywood and around 200 for my closure from yummy extensions. She swas polite and stated why I didnâ€™t stop her halfway I told her even if I was to stop her halfway it still was ruined and she said yeah. All I wanted was for them to replace my damaged extensions that I had to throw away. She told me no the owner wouldnâ€™t without asking. Iâ€™m still upset about my experience and pics are there to show how bad it is. My tragedy is me inbound the green. This is the example I showed her.

My experience at Rose's was incredible! I got a very welcoming vibe. I had highlights and cut done, I'm feeling very confident with the style.

I got manicure but was horrified when the girl doing my nails tore my skin when removing my cuticles and had me bleeding from 3 fingers.It was truley painful and now has caused those fingers to swell

I decided to go to Rose's because the place i usually get my nails done at was close and my experience there was amazing. The owner is very nice and friendly. The staff is very nice. They did a great job with my nails. Im making an appointment to come back for my lashes this weekend.
