My stylist, Melissa, deserves 5 stars. She was wonderful and displays an example of exceptional customer service. I had such a blast in her chair. She belongs in a different salon, though! It could have just been a bad day, but in this location, the other employees seemed pretty unhappy and not very personable when speaking with them. Melissa will thrive wherever she works but I'd like to pay to see her in a more fun inviting environment!! See you soon Mel!

I went to go get a trim off the back of my head Nd was cut multiple times with the clippers plz give me a contact number for manager or someone will be losing their job or I will be reporting the shop bcuz my cuts have now grown infected Nd the doctors at Baptist hospital says the clippers were dirtyðŸ˜¡ðŸ˜¡ðŸ˜¡ should I get my lawyer involved...............ðŸ¤”ðŸ¤”

I received a cut and color here and I was extremely happy with the results! My whole experience there was great. I arrived and was immediately taken to get my hair done. Everyone was very friendly. I love the fact that they use aveda products. I tried to achieve a certain color with a different hair salon and they couldn't get the right tone but here they gave me the exact color I wanted. I would highly recommend coming here!!

Hi my name is lynn And I have been coloring my own hair for a while now . Well the last time I did it, it turned orange. Philip got me in the next day and corrected hair hair to the perfect color and tone Philip was pleasant to talk with and very professional. It wasn't cheap - but totally worth it I would recommend Philip to anyone of any age . I will be going back. Thanks Philip

I don't normally do reviews on companies or anything. However, this time I felt the need to post. Our stylist Brooke was absolutely amazing! Words actually cannot even begin to describe. My wife and daughter got the best service and cut I have ever seen. The chair side manner was incredible. She not only kept a 2 year old toddler totally calm during her trim up but she gave my wife a cut that restore her self confidence. As a stay at home mother of two, that means everything. So thank you Brooke and the staff at aveda. If I could give 10 stars I would.
