I have natural hair and I needed my ends trimmed before I got some braids. I went in for a simple trim and left with a butchered hair cut. I needed maybe a half an inch cut at most & that may be an exaggeration. Instead I got between 4-6 inches cut from my hair and I have pictures to prove it. She did not blow out my hair or straighten my hair before cutting so I have reminiscents of my previous length. I cried a full day. I've called them to speak about my experience over 10 times now and they refuse to answer which is why I'm leaving this review. So much was cut off and my hair is NOT damage for that to have been necessary at all. Also she did not comb through my hair while she was cutting it so I had single strain knots all over my hair. Just writing this review I'm starting to tear up because I worked very hard to maintain my hair for it to be cut and handled this way. My hair was past my pass my chest and I don't have enough now for a decent ponytail. The cut is so bad that I have to get it cut even more because my top is so much shorter than the back and every section is a different length. It's going to take me over a year for it grow back to its previous length.

I lovvveee this shop! Mrs. Nene is so sweet and truly cares about not only making you look good but the maintaining the health of your hair as well! My entire family is serviced here and each and every time my stylist is always inviting and extremely professional!! I would recommend her any day!! My sister is also an extremely loyal client!!
