Went in to get my hair to my behind cut bc it was outta control. Gerardo did a wonderful job and did some really cute highlights. Now I’m walking around with my hair all healthy and bouncy and I absolutely love it!!! Happy to have found a great place so close to home!

Been going to Randy for years- he always does an amazing job and knows how to cut curly hair. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

So glad that I didn't make it to my appointment. Some of the reviews confirmed what I was already feeling when I scheduled my appointment. And its obvious that all the 5 star reviews are fake, you can tell by how they are worded and generally the true reviews are 4 stars and under not always 5 stars. Anyway, when I went in to schedule the appointment both stylist were rude and stand offish. The italian stylist looked like he was on something buzzing around and cheeks sunkin in really bad. The one scheduling my appointment was acting apprehensive about me even getting my hair done, i just had a bad feeling from the get go, then I forgot about the appointment thank god. They called me very upset thet I forgot about the appointment and would not allow me to reschedule or come back in because I forgot, I was always polite and nice to them as well. He went on to say how he schelduled an 1hr and a half for me etc etc... But as I recall going it, his schedule was completely open and blank. Im not sure how they have survived 19 years. Maybe they lost their passion. This is the very first review I am making about any place because its important for people to be warned when it comes to service that has to do with appearances.

Hairteck is fabulous! The interior decor is very modern and sleek. Love the rock wall! Gerardo is an amazing artiste. Always makes my hair look beautiful. I constantly get compliments on it, even from total strangers!

I have been a customer for about a year until Randy took it upon himself to change my hair color without asking. I had a beautiful silver color until last week when he added a demi-toner to my hair which changed it to an ash brown. The color was dreadful. I asked him what happended and his response was I did not leave the toner on long enough. Now I have to go to another salon to get my fixed. I will never understand why he took it upon himself to change my hair color without asking. And the haircut I received was dreadful. That also had to be corrected. So sorry, Randy, you lost another customer. And you did not even offer to fix your mistake. Bad business.
