So impressed by the friendly staff, and great cut and color! The place itself could use an interior update, but thatâ€™s beside the point. My lovely hairdresser, Erika, completely understood what I wanted and knew what was good for my hair. I will definitely return, and recommend others to try, as well!

Terrible! Had an appointment with Jackson but when I got there I was switched to Jacoria while Jackson took a walk in! I just wanted a root touch up and she went super blonde and now it's very orange. The rest of my hair is darker, and now it's streaky and patchy as well. She offered to fix it which would take another 40 mins at least and she wasn't sure what color to mix to fix it! Her "technique" of blow drying hair was nothing like I've seen, like she didn't know how to use a round brush. She tried charging me $75 which I refused and negotiated on paying half Bc I felt bad... Obviously she didn't feel bad for me to not charge me for something she didn't know how to do and now I have to find someone to fix it! It was in the evening o a weekday so I was faced with having to go to work looking like this! Btw, I usually go to the Regis Salon in the Wellington Mall with no issues and I thought all their salons would hire competent people. Also, the salon was not busy, very messy and dirty, nothing organized in drawers and their "tools" strewn about at every station. I will never go back to this salon nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the time, money, and a ridiculous look!

Amazing experience with Jackson. He did an amazing color and he was pleasant to talk with. He stayed after hours with me and I had an amazing time at Regis salon. Will return!
