What a great experience for a first time 2 1/2 yr old haircut! Jessica is great! Kids movies playing right there at the station, saved a lock of hair for us. Went later in the day, and didn’t wait at all.

I would give no stars I take my son there and he is difficult and sorry I can't help that and I gave it a second try with Bertha. But all she does is step back roll her eyes and give an attitude and look at everyone else around and raises her brows. I am so upset about it and there is never anyone that has patience or kindneas. I would think there would be more of that for it's a children place then to bring him to a barber. I told them sorry and will not bother them again here.

Staff was respectful and courteous. Bertha take care of my son’s first haircut and was very patient with him. Will go back.

I keep going back because of Bertha. She does a great short boys cut...EVERYTIME!

I had a horrible experience there when I asked the hairdresser to give my daughter a trim on her "bib" haircut. She never listened to my request and just started chopping my daughters hair off. When I kept explaining I wanted the hair angled to the front she insisted I had asked for a "bowl" haircut. Not only did she do a hack job and completely ruined my daughters hairstyle she cut her neck pretty badly with the scissors when she wasn't even moving. I complained and the woman wouldn't even look at me to reconcile the bad experience and just told me I could call corporate. So disgusted!
