â€œCassy was my hairstylist at Cs&Co hair salon. Her rep and other staff in the salon was very nice and pleasant. Cassy and staff provides exceptional customer service. Salon was very neat and clean... Iâ€™ll recommend Cs&Co hair salon to my friends and family or anyone at that. I love the energy/atmosphere I was around. I love my hair â¤ï¸. I love this salon. Cassy does my hair and she is truly the best at what she does. Coming up here is a bit of a drive for me but I don't mind because the quality of her work is worth the drive. I completely trust her with my hair and I am always pleased with the end result. If you are looking for a salon with very talented stylists please give it a try, you will not be disappointed!

Just a HUGE waste of money and time. I work 12 hours days and time is surely a luxury for me. I had a corporate event, wanted a specific look came in a week prior before putting down a deposit to ensure I would get what I wanted for my event. They told me yes no problem. I come in for the appt rearranged the work schedule for this one hair appt only to leave displeased; it was obvious I was not happy the hair smelled horrible and quite frankly slapping wigs on people heads doesnâ€™t mean you can do hair. Just disgusted....at the heart of me Iâ€™m due a refund. The second I got in the car the smelly overpriced wig was thrown to the back seat and I had to go get the look I wanted and PAID AGAIN for a style I originally wanted the next day via another stylist at the very last minute. Disgusted! Idk if hairstylist are even hairstylist anymore. They are out of touch and donâ€™t take the time to know what the customer wants. An experience that is suppose to be relaxing, fun and pleasant is like a factory for generic looks and mediocre service. One positive, the wait was not bad.

My VISITS: The ambiance, the charm, the customer service will leave you euphoric AND if that is not enough the very appreciative sense that these ladies are here to do a job, do it well while totally enjoying themselves and each other. You WILL get that it's clearly their home away from home based upon the atmosphere here. They ALL speak to you at once on your arrival with SINCERE smiles on their faces that will remain throughout your visit. They are very relatable so you and are welcomed into their family as they woo you with their talents. Hair, makeup, eyebrows, skin care whatever your need you will feel pampered beyond your wildest dreams. NEVER have I felt more comfortable exposing my mostly NOT there hairline. No need to name stylist because teamwork is what you get, they help each other. Visit you will not be disappointed and I hope to see you on your recurring visits. Pj-
