Livid, enraged, disgusted, furious. First words out of my mouth, while lifting what is often referred to as elephant ears, I say, "we are only removing bulk, no length." She goes straight to the back of my head and makes three cuts before I say, "what are you doing, no length." Too late, with three cuts she cut off three years of length and had to do the other side to even it out. Just got home to wash my hair out, take a closer look and I am beside myself. This idiot butchered the back of my head. Deep breaths only help so much. There is no resolution, no remuneration that can fix the stupidity. She should cut off three years of her hair, surrender her license, go back to school, something? And her name is Valerie. She didn't even apologize after I went back later on to express my displeasure.
