The stylist that braided my hair was Gwen, she was nice enough to give my mom a last minute appointment. My aunty got there 30minuets late,she did not complain she waited patiently until we arrived. Her braids are nice and neat I love my Lemonade braids sheâ€™s the best!!! She gained a new client thanks again Gwen!!

I love my hair. Felecia did an amazing job on my feed in braids. She fit me into her schedule at the last minute and my appointment started on time. I will definitely be back soon.

I gave the salon a one star because of the Horrible customer service I experienced. I have been going to the salon for a while and never had such a terrible experience like the one I had this week. I came in to see a hairstylist and when I went to the front desk to ask for her one of the receptionist was extremely rude with me she had no type of manners when she talk to me. Her comments were very negative. She said in such a harsh tone that she is not going to help me because I am not her client and also talked negative about the stylist I was coming to see. I did not feel welcomed or comfortable at this salon due to her comments towards me belittling a stylist I was waiting for. It came off very ghetto. I do not know her name but she was extremely rude. In the past the receptionist were very pleasant I have never seen this girl before I guess she is a new hire but it was very unprofessional and uncouth to the point where I did not want to come back to the salon that is bad for business

The price was right and my dreads came out perfect!!! Besides that I had a great time! They made me luagh,they played good music and made sure I got something to eat. Lol that's all I'm looking for in a wife but I'll settle for miami x.!!!!

Very unprofessional no one in charge was at the Counter when I walked in there was somebodies daughter sittn at the front falling asleep trash was all over the floor not just hair but tissue paper and all kinds of trash. The big guy that was cutting hair looked at me like it wasnâ€™t his job to ask what I needed done nor the lady next to him doing someoneâ€™s hair. There were kids running all around the place. This place doesnâ€™t deserve one star. They should close this place down. I waited thirty minutes before I got up in left and did not receive any service at all.
