Stay away from this dump. Cheap products, dirty equipment, Fungus runs rampant. Had to file 2 fraud claims with my bank. Disgusting animals.

Have been coming here for years - and I feel I get excellent attention and good technicians for the most part. Sometimes communication is challenging. Conditions seem super hygienic too.

The skinny man, 2nd row to the left in the middle was very rude and impatient. He wasn't specific on where I was suppose to sit, had to ask someone at the desk. It took him FOREVER to get to me! My nails were uneven and didn't even look how I asked him to do it. My nails didn't even get to dry and he's already taking me to the pedicure chair.. Mind you, I'm walking in front of him. He's suppose to be guiding me. My polish on my thumb then smudges. Anyways, the lady who's doing my pedicure was being very rough. I kept getting poked with the tweezers. She finally stabs me in my toe... I left. That was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon.

Everytime I go I request Laurie. She is awesome and personable. She takes her time which I love because I used to go to Venetian in pembroke gardens and Iâ€™ve gotten a manicure that lasts only 20 minutes. Sheâ€™s a perfectionist and great at what she does! The only thing I donâ€™t like about this location is that it looks like it needs a fix-up and the ladies at the front arenâ€™t the most pleasant. Other than that I love coming here!
