I came today without an appointment and they took me right away! It was empty and Carmen greeted me super nice and the new manager as well! My 10 month old stayed still the entire time watching the cartoons and his haircut came out perfect, I would suggest they clean the toys. they were dirty and dusty but because Carmen was patient and so sweet to my baby I overlooked that and loved it! I will return for his future haircuts! 😍

Took both my sons for cuts they both had different ladies cutting their hair. When on earth don't I noticed there were still lines in the fade and I ask if she could take care of it and she responded with "eso es para el barbero, la máquina corta lo que corta" basically saying that machine cuts what it cuts, anything else if for a barber. When my other son was done I notice his hair wasn't as short as I asked for (a zero) and when I ask her if she cut to the size I ask her she responded with "you want it shorter" and proceeded to go over again. I've been cutting my hair long enough to know the sizes of the guards just by looking at them and when the blade is extended to 1/2 or retracted to a zero. Needles to say wasn't happy with the experience this time around.

We arrived at 8:32pm to get my 14 month old's hair cut (literally 2 strands of hair). Not one person was in the store except for 2 employees talking. We were told they stop taking clients at 8:30 because they close at 9pm. Again it would have taken less than 2 minutes....we left and went to Master Cuts. They took us right in with only one person working and she was working on another client. Much better service!
