I just got the best haircut and highlights (and lip wax but shhhhh we donâ€™t discuss that!) from Cassie at this store. High quality work, great conversation and super results. Sheâ€™s made a permanent client out of this girl!

Really all-star staff. I believe I have had 4 different women cut/color my hair and all were very very good. Hard to go wrong here. Pleasant environment. Maybe not 5 star; the prices are commensurate and then some.

I dont recommend the npr location.. I made a apt. To get a perm came in at that time and then was turned away because they didnt have time to do it. After i had to get a sitter and got dropped off only to get turned away, what a disappointment i will not be back.

Set up an appt at 5:30, get there on time and then they tell me it's gonna be another 20 mins. So I leave, do some shopping and come back and they still don't see me and make me wait another 20 mins! 45 minutes after my apt, I ask how much longer and she says "10 or 15 more mins". I tell her the situation and she says without even looking up at me "we dont take appts, just call aheads. I'm going as fast as I can." Worst customer service. I will tell people to avoid this place.
