All the stylist are talented and have been in the business for a while . Fun atmosphere , great prices, everything is ala Carte . Great packages available starting at $21.97 for a shampoo, hair cut and blow dry! Open seven days a week monday thru Saturday 9am to 8pm and 10-6 Sunday's! You can even sign in online with a smartstyle app and pick a time, when you get there, you're next in que and you can even request your favorite stylist! We will also be accepting appointments starting Feb. 14th. We will also have a pro-keratin treatment soon in the salon to control the frizz or to straighten your hair up to 6 months.

I had the worst experience today around 11:45 with this blonde lady with glasses who wears her hair in a bun. I would rate a 0 if i could. She continued to make fun of me with another worker and client next to us about my hair being so thin (i was born with thin hair) and even told me i need to take biotin supplements bc its TOO thin and "it looks bad". I asked for short layers because thats what i always get and it makes my hair look thicker vs long layers. She began to tell me thats not how layers work, that if i got layers with my thin hair it would "look like i have no hair at all". Which is NOT true. I tried to explain that i have personally got it done for years for that reason of it making my hair look thicker and she told me that "she didnt pay that much money at cosmetology school to learn nothing". (My family members are hair stylists and i used to work in a salon , which i told her and she replied with "you don't know as much as me"!) She told me my ends are so bad that she had to cut off 3-4 inches and i told her i only wanted one inch at the most and she refused to do it. SHE CUT OFF 3 INCHES bc of her opinion on howd itd look ..Last time i checked, its my hair and if what i want is ugly in your opinion as a hair stylist youre supposed to make the client happy. I dont care if she liked it or not, its what i wanted and she refused to give it to me. She was dissing me the whole 30 minutes i was there . making faces and making fun of me. She even told me that dying your hair wont fry your hair or cause any damage. Because i tried defending kyself about the ends of my hair as she was making fun that i looked bald. That was the most obsurd thing i have heard from a "hair dresser" ! I wasted 31 dollars on the worst hair experience of my life. I wanted to cry as soon as i left because i was so unhappy & embarresed with how she made me look. I wish i could get a refund. Im never going back there again and i will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. DO NOT GO HERE

Would not recommend anyone ever going to this salon. The stylist told me she had 30 year experience cutting hair and then totally slaughtered my hair! Wouldn't even dry it because she was afraid of what I might do when I saw it dry.

Really like my stylist. Only complaint is I'm never getting the head massage they promise and for the price charged I think you should get a blow out included.
