Absolute Joke....

If I could leave 0 stars I would in a heart beat. To say that I am incredibly upset is an understatement. I called ahead after reading multiple peoples good reviews to make sure that they were ok with cutting a 1 1/2 year olds hair. I then arrive after being told they are only doing walk ins, which was fine. We then waited for 2 1/2 hours with a toddler which was again fine since this was going to be his first hair cut. When it was finally my sons turn to have his hair cut, I get informed that they won't give me an opinion on how we should cut my sons hair based on the texture and length of his hair, that actually cutting his hair would take to much time but they could just buzz it off, after we explained that we essentially just want the length cleaned up and it styled. To say that I was pissed is beyond an understatement after being told that after waiting that long they dont want to take the time to cut my sons hair and didnt have the decency to tell me this before i waited that long. Absolutly ridiculous.

Rarely does a barber get my fade done properly the first visit. The owner cut my hair and he took his time to make sure it was done right. I was very happy with results.

I was very disappointed with the way they handle their first time costumers. They have a sign outside that says â€œOPENâ€ I walked in and there was nobody there waiting . The barber said I needed to download an app to make an appointment to get a haircut. I went to platinum cutz across from Walgreens and the owner was very professional and told me to take a number and to wait for my turn.

BAD FADE correction worst fade was in the chair approximately 15 minutes. Loud music ... And employees talking about how they don't like the shop is ran .. Will never return to such a dump..

After getting my hair cut for the second time here I left very pissed off. After my second haircut i had to drive to the ATM because the one they provide is out of order, so while in my car i noticed that there was something wrong with the top part of my fade. After I went to the ATM I came back in and asked if he could fix my problem with my hair he them proceeded to tell me that i was giving him attitude and that i needed to leave after i pay him, well i wasn't pleased with my cut so I wasn't going to pay them (because id have to go somewhere else to have them fix it) he proceeded to push me back saying i needed to pay. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE will never go back. Going to platinum cuts..would post a after pic but platinum cuts already fixed my problem. As a barber shop if someone isn't happy with their cut you should at least try and fix it.

Ever since I moved to Ocala I have been looking for the right place to get a great haircut. I went in today and Jojo did a terrific job. His attention to detail reflected well upon the completiob of my new do. Great job, Hair Junkies and Jojo!
