If I can rate this business no stars I would. I had an appointment schedule at least 2 weeks in advance. The day of the appointment approximately 9am I received a text message from the stylist advising me she will not be able to do my hair because her hair appointment scheduling system booked my appointment for 45 mins and she will not be able to do my hair. I texted her back and said, “wow are you seriousâ€. She replies yes. I told her thank you for such a huge inconvenience. And thank you for less than 24 hour notice.
The moral of the story is she showed no compassion. I informed her I will be traveling out of town the next morning, she tells me I have enough time to find somebody else to do my hair. And that she’s always trying to accommodate her customers. I can’t tell. She never offered an alternative appt or i can’t try to fit you in. She said I’m not a robot I can only work based on my schedule. To me this is so unprofessional, no accountability, nor ownership. But to top it off her ghetto ass goes on IG makes a video I normally don’t do this but....and that she was going to delete the post. Don’t throw rocks and hide your hands. Please tell you audience why you really feel like someone was rude to you. I wasn’t rude I just told her the truth, which we hate the truth. And how she’s going to block me from styleseat. Girl, you not the only one who does hair. And trust and believe I will never sit in your seat. At the end of the day she needs to remember she’s a customer first before a business owner.
And how would she like it if it was done to her.
