This spa took a booking, well in advance of today, for the bride and bridal party to prep for our wedding day . They had two staff to do the mani and pedis, and one of those staff members was on their 'test' day, just started working there, and the other said that they "learnt to do nails watching their sister" - the new tech actually did a good job prepping everything though. The spa took 2 and a half hours to do a terrible job on the bride's nails. Pasting the fingers with colour and spending forever to remove all of the sloppy work. The rest of the bridal party hadn't even started their treatments. Being very disappointed we complained about the preparedness of the spa, the time it took to do the job, and the quality of the end result. The manager, Toni, simply said "leave my salon"...terrible customer service, terrible service, and wasted the majority of a whole day. Parkland Nails removed the bad job and completed just doing the finger nails in 15 minutes. Only thing this place did was to prepare things well, the rest of the experience was awful, especially the day before your wedding day. Avoid this place simply for the fact the manager doesn't care and especially if you don't want a bride to be upset the day before her wedding. Review from a very disappointed Groom.
