Today Feb 1st 2018, We had visited Great Clips in West Boca location to get our hair cuts. Myself and my Fiance. We weren't treated fairly. I mean it! Wow Prejudice! We both had waited there for 1 hour and not getting served at all. The manager (the man) couldn't take me because I didn't phone in my spot. Okay fair about that. But still when he was done with that customer he hid behind and then come out and taken another new customer instead. I mean what rudeness and prejudice behavior! I should report this to Channel 12 news I have close friend there. Others should know about the rudeness and prejudice behavior going there. That's why I don't go back there as customer I been with you since you open that location. I not recommending this place on internet. I am a top reviewer.. I am not letting this go at all this is not right we live in 2018 not the 1960's civil rights. Everyone should be treated the same way. I wasted my own valuable time there. Plus she was so upset why in the world are you treating customers this way?

WOW is putting it lightly. Sometimes it takes a bad experience to give evidence to just how amazing a business is being run and how they treat their customers. After speaking to the owner of this GreatClips for over an hour, it was an amazing connection at such a genuine human level. She recommended another stylist, Monica, and two day I walked out of there with a fabulous haircut as if nothing happened. They have gained two new regulars!

When the haircuts are done right, I have no issues. However, I've gotten some bad haircuts here and when it's bad, it's really bad. I've been frequenting this place for about 3 years now. In general, I prefer the females cutting my hair over the males. For the most part, the females will listen to how you want your hair cut and then do ask you ask. Every time I've had a male cut my hair, I feel like they just do what they think I should have done, disregarding what I actually ask for. Example: My most recent haircut was with Eli. I asked for the exact haircut I have now, except shorter. It's a close crop on the bottom that gets longer as it goes up (2 at the bottom and goes up to a 4) and blends in with the top. What I got instead was a close crop all around the sides that did not blend in at all to the top. He told me that the sides were to short to blend in, so basically he ignored what I asked for. He also decided, who knows why, to also shave in a part. I wear glasses and had taken them off, so I didn't immediately know what he was doing and once you get started, there's really no way to undo a cut. This is a completely different haircut than what I came in with and I am completely dissatisfied. I'm giving this a 2 star because I do tend to like how some of the other stylists have cut my hair in the past, so I can't say that every experience I've had was bad. In contrast to one of the other reviews, I actually prefer Inna cutting my hair. I'll probably return for future haircuts due to the convenience/price, but I will be avoiding the male stylists from now on and will be adamant about what I want done exactly.

I was there with my son on Feb 4th , I don't like the way we were treated by the guy. My son is 3 years old and when he moved , he said " C'mon buddy , I don't have all day for this" Excuse me ?? He is 3 years old !! He was just angry and arrogant throughout. Never returning back to this salon. You might be busy but that doesn't give you the right to treat people like that.
