First I like to say the salon is beautiful and I have been before and had great service and loved my hair cuts. But today was not the same experience, I got young new stylist that didn't listen to what hair style I wanted and really didn't look at the picture that I had. Instead she gave me different cut and cut my medium length hair off above my shoulder. I actually left in tears. When I did say something when she was cutting my hair that I thought she was going to short with my hair, she cut me off mid sentence and said "your hair wasn't long enough for that cut". I would have been fine if she had taken the time before she started cutting to look at the style I wanted and told me that I couldn't get that look. I would have chosen a different style. Now I have a hair style that I cannot do anything with, I can't even pull it back into a pony tail or hair clip. Very disappointed today.

Love this place its so nice and relaxing you can just be yourself. And all the staff are really sweet and so is the owner. My hairdresser Tammy is amazing love her.

I walked into this place on a weekday very early in the afternoon for a simple pedicure. Their door clearly reads "WALK-INS WELCOME". I was told they would be happy to make an appointment for me to come back. All you need is a cheap razor blade to scrape the aforementioned message off your door.
