Awful experience. My husbands hair cut should’ve been quick and simple instead it took almost an hour and it’s not faded it’s uneven and just not acceptable

Been going here for some years now. Always fast, friendly service, great price. I recommended to a couple friends and they are also very satisfied. Keep up the great work ladies !

Great with haircuts for the most part, not so good with nails. I went to get my nails done before prom and they turned out looking horrible. By the end of it all, at least three fingers were bleeding where my cuticles were forcibly removed and the manicure looked like it had been done by a first grader. After being in the salon for about 3 hours (2 hours of waiting and 1 for the manicure), I had to run and get them redone by a friend. I would also like to add that I had an appointment and arrived on time for it, yet it still took 2 hours until I could be served.

Let's just start off by saying this is the worst hair salon I have ever been too! And let me explain why. I went into this hair salon because the Google reviews made it seem like this was going to be promising and they would give me a good haircut but that's not what it turned out to be it turned out to be a terrible experience. When I walked in, the manager was yelling on the phone to a customer which is already not a good sign but I needed to get my haircut anyways so I sat down in the chair and told the lady what I wanted, I said I wanted about an inch taken off and to trim up the layers I didn't think that was too hard I didn't think that would take that long, mind you I have shoulder length hair. I even had a picture to represent what I wanted. In the process of cutting my hair she didn't seem like she knew what she was doing as I watched other hair stylist cut my hair differently before. But in the end it looked OK until I got home and realized there was a big chunk out of my hair that was gone and looked terrible. The layers were pretty choppy and uneven, it looked like stairs. At this point I just figured I would go back there another day and see if they can fix it because I'm not willing to go to another salon and pay for another decent haircut. When I arrive there I told her what happened when she cut my hair and what needed to be done to fix it. I didn't think I was asking for a whole lot I thought I was being pretty reasonable and I never usually make a big deal out of something like this but this was just very frustrating. She then started cutting my hair for the second time trying to fix what was messed up let's just say the outcome was 10 times worse. She even said and I quote "let me know if there's any missing pieces that I need to cut". I'm sorry isn't that your job to know what pieces to cut why should I have to let you know. I ended up with a mullet basically, and my hair was so short it was almost up to my ears. Being the nice person and I don't like confrontation, I told her it looked good and I left because I didn't want any more damage to be done. When I got in my car I started crying because it looks so terrible! Call me dramatic but don't ever mess with a girls hair. And to the hair stylist who cut my hair please tell me if you do not know how to do something I will ask for somebody else to cut my hair. So the outcome of the story was I ended up having to go to another hair salon and pay more money. They were surprised by the terrible job my hair I received and promised to fix it and so they did. I am never really the person who likes to write Google reviews and complain but this frustrates me to the point that I had to, and I wanted to warn anybody who is considering this place to get their hair done. That being said I recommend Melanie's hair salon in Rockledge Florida, on murrell. Ask for Nick he will give you a great haircut no matter what length or style.
