I have used Great Clips for many many years. First hair cut for my daughter as well. Just had a stylist cut my daughter's hair from shoulder blade length to shaved all around the sides. Difficult style but they pulled it off and she looks great with her new hair style. It can be hit or miss on which stylist does your hair so I recommend finding one that does great and make appointments every time with your favorite. That's why I gave 4 stars and not 5.

terrible hair cut!! rushed, only one person working. cut it way too short and totally screwed up on the side burns. will not return. the great clips i go to in south carolina does a perfect job each and every time. also, not great at people skills!

Didn't know I posted for this place in my deleted review... thought it was posting for someplace else. Great clips... friendly staff. But suck at perms! I have dealt with my hair for 45 years. One would think I know what works with board straight hair to get a perm. No one wants to listen to what I have to say... pink and grey! Pink and grey! I don't care if my hair is to long! MAKE IT WORK- YOU'RE THE PROFESSIONAL! And bangs, why don't hairdressers like to cut and trim bangs anymore? I want bangs! Cut my hair the way I want it, not what you want to do! I just have constant bad hair days lately... I'm about ready to go Sinead- so much easier! And won't have to deal with lazy & incompetent hairdressers anymore!

My children's hair was butchered. The hairstylist were talking about drinking to my 5 yr old. One of them raised their voice to my 9 yr. Old because she itched her noise. So many things went wrong. It was horrible!

This girl gave me a boys haircut all I wanted was a trim , i told her 1/2 inch off and she then talks about how she wants to shampoo my hair because thats in only way to cut it , i told her no then she says so u want 2 inches off , I correct her but she still took 2 inches off , i wear glasses so I couldn’t see how much she took off
