On Saturday December 16, 2017 around 11:00 am to 1:00 pm I went to cut my hair, as I have trouble speaking I took a picture of what I wanted. I attended a brunette lady made me wait 15 minutes (she did nothing), then I showed her how I wanted it, I had my long hair below the shoulders, I sat, with four scissors I cut my hair. I wanted it above the shoulders like the photo and I cut it down a little below the ears. I left with my hair wet because she was waiting for someone and I had to take care of that person first and then I dried mine. I left like that. When I dried my hair a mess. some sides more corrosive than others. I rarely cut it but it was Christmas and I wanted to be pretty and then paint it. It makes me want to cry to see what he did to me. I do not recommend it at all. be careful. I do not know where he got the permit. but he does not know anything about how to cut a hair.

Double booked my wife and was told that she didn’t need to color her hair because it would be a waste of money. The Manager was a joke and the employees need to take a class or 2 in customer service. They actually let her leave without getting a cut, an apology or future discounted appointment to makeup for the mistake. Terrible.

Loudi is by far the best stylist at Hair Cuttery in Sunrise!! Don't know what I would do without her. I've gone through three hair stylist at this location, and LOUDI is by far the best there is at the Hair Cuttery!! Not once have I ever been unsatisfied with the work that she has done, from the highlights, to cutting/trimming my hair, blowdrying and even curling my hair. She is very dedicated to her job, and is great at what she does. I recommend Loudi to anyone that is looking for someone who does great work!!!!

Loved Reese ,(trimmed a Lil too much)but the color turned out fantastic,I'd rather grow my hair back than be stuck with an ugly color and this is a gorgeous color.I highly recommend this guy and he's sweet.

Wife was unsatisfied with her experience. During the haircut when telling her stylist the length was perfect she continued to trim the bangs much shorter. The new check in system makes sure you don't get scammed with that blow-dry upcharge though so that's nice.
