Extremely disappointed in this experience. I called the day before to schedule an appointment for a shampoo and blow dry. I was told the price would be $23.00. Upon arriving, the girl I was booked with was running behind so she turned me over to a co-worker. This person was very sweet and upon completion, walked me to the counter and informed me that it would be $35.00. I told her I had been quoted $23.00 and she said that was for just a shampoo and blow dry for a haircut! What I got was a "style" blow dry! Really? It looked exactly like it was when I arrived. Frizzy. So I pulled it back into a ponytail and left. I would give no stars if it was an option. Save your money and do it yourself. You can do better than this. This experience was in the Titusville FL location by the Target.

I decided to get a haircut and walked in. No wait at 4:30 pm. Staff was friendly and I had Sarah that cut my hair. Very polite and friendly. She did it just how I wanted it done. Will go back in about a month to get another one. 👍

Would've gave them 4 stars...as the haircut was good and so was the service. BUT they get 2 stars cause for some reason all the hair stylist where on one side. The workstations are ridiculously small so every time I was turned a little I had to watch where my knees went so I didn't hit the other hair stylist in the back of the leg. It wasn't a comfortable feeling at all. I will go back but if I see the same setup I will walk right back out

Arrived at 11am. There were 5 or 6 people cutting hair. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait ... no problem. I had a seat and played a game on my phone. 11:40am I look over and there is 1 person cutting hair. The rest of them decided to all go to lunch. Won't go back. Went elsewhere to get my 15 minute haircut and leave a 100% tip.
