I went to this salon because of their reviews. Was very disappointed in my highlights. I paid $160 for highlights that damaged my hair and turned it white in some areas. had to pay another salon $150 dollars to fix it. Never received my money back. Horrible experience.

I have used this salon three times over the past two years- Each time I have had a different stylist and the experience has been consistently excellent- never left disappointed! It is a bit out of the way for me, but well worth it. I do not make appointments to have my hair cut - when I find the time and the need is when I want the service- This place is terrific about accommodating me when I call- they have never tried to book me on another day. I LOVE THAT!!

I had my first visit to Retrospective this morning & was so fortunate to get an appointment with Lauren. Lauren is really nice, very personable, & she does AWESOME work. She really listens to you & does exactly what you want & more! Retrospective has great atmosphere & is a totally cute place. I loved my experience here & will definitely be going back!
