Over priced for nothing... needed a bad hair cut fixed fast and got charged for horrible styling... should have know from looking at her hair and tried talking me out of product i needed to buy another 1 that i would NEVER use

I used to really like this salon due to it convenience (right next to Publix) and I had a great stylist who was super kind/thoughtful and did a great job cutting my hair. However, after my stylist left the state, I have not had a good experience again. The online scheduling is completely inaccurate. I have had to wait multiple times upwards of 35-40 minutes after my scheduled time for a haircut. On top of that, there is zero communication about this from the head stylist. She just says, "someone will be with you in a few minutes." 40 minutes is NOT a few minutes. When I inquired why it was taking so long, I was told that there were multiple people ahead of me. So that tells me that the online check-in is really pointless. I will not go to this salon again. I have now found another Supercuts with great stylists and my appointment time is always honored. Don't settle for this salon. Find one that will treat you with respect.

Well, I just went there twenty minutes before close time and they refused to serve me. There were two hairdressers finishing up customers, no one else waiting and my haircut would take ten minutes. Looks like they are more concerned with getting out at 6 o'clock ok the dot, rather than give me a quick cut. I went there last month and was happy with my cut. Now they've lost a customer and all my future business

My husband, myself and my son have been going to this location for at least 2 years. We typically ask for Tia and absolutely adore her. She always does an excellent job and makes each one of us feel special. Highly recommended. A++++
