LOVED my first appointment- the stylist did an amazing job, and my blowout lasted for days. I would give it 5 stars based on that appointment. However, my next appointment was disappointing. The stylist that did my hair did a terrible job, and my hair fell out within an hour. I chose the Cosmo for maternity pictures I was having taken, even showed the stylist pictures of my dress and the look I was going for, and my hair ended up being awful. It's all I see when I look at the pictures. My photo session started 30 min after I left the appointment, which I planned that way so my hair would look optimal. Instead, I wish I had time to run home and take a straightener to all of the frizz the stylist created by putting mousse in my hair before she blow dried it (and I have naturally curly hair). I give my second appointment ONE star. I have two more appointments booked for December, and since you can't actually make an appointment with a specific stylist, I only hope I get paired with someone awesome! The downside is that there are clearly different experience levels, and you never know who you are going to get. I will say that the overall feel of the salon is awesome. The manager is very nice, the staff is welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is great.

First time there this evening. Elizabeth hit a home Run. She made my hair look amazing. Their hair products are fabulous as well.

I have been there four times now and have been happy with my hairstyle each time. This place comes in very handy for special occasions and the environment is lots of fun. Thumbs up!

I can not say enough about how happy I with my experience. Wonderful staff, great results and reasonable prices. I have very long thick hair that is a constant extensive time consuming hassle to dry and style. Went in before a friends wedding and it was the best decision ever! Jenna was my stylist and did an incredible job! Will absolutely be returning many times in the future

First, let me say this place is super convenient for times when you have an event to go to, they are open later than normal salons which make it VERY helpful. Second, I was helped to promptly, offered a drink, and taken to my chair within minutes. The stylist was very nice, helpful and attentive. I explained I was going to a party and needed my hair to stay for a long time. Unfortunately, my hair lost ALL curl within 2 hours. This was completely disappointing because I was expecting it to last far longer. At my salon my hair stays the entire day and still looks good when I wake. This can only be attributed to the types of products used, which are their own brand and I'm sure of lower quality so they can only charge $40.00. Last, I was extremely excited when I left the Drybar because I thought I found somewhere that would helpful me out with upcoming events but I will not be back because the hair styles do not stay. Quite a let down and waste of money!
