Scarlett was fantastic! I highly suggest going to her. I live in S Florida and I'm currently rationalizing the price of a flight just to come back to her. The whole experience was great, though...very well managed!

My brows were butchered by this girl Syd last night. I wanted them shaped up and so she decided to go for the tweezers after the wax. She made the left one thinner than the right. And there's a hole, a whole patch of hair missing, in the left brow as well. I got shocked, I'm still in shock as we all know how long it takes for brows to grow. She just kept apologizing. The manager, Harper, incompetent and unprofessional, with no empathetic cell in her dumb being, tried to brush it off like nothing bad happened. The way she acted, one would think that she's used to receiving the same complaints all day long, felt like she was conditioned to it. Kept repeating that I can just fill it in. You idiot, I know that's what I will have to do now. But everyone that's sane, knows they want their brow hairs to be there, on their face, not plucked in disbelief. Just an unbelievable experience last night. I just went to get a simple brow wax, and came out so shocked, dissatisfied and appalled.

I recently had my hair colored at another salon, which turned out to be a disaster!! I was recommended by a friend to see Claire to see if she could get my hair back to a normal color. She was very sweet, personable, professional and she is well educated in color theory. I spend 8 total hours in the other salon and walked out with ash tips and black roots...I don't even think I spent two hours with Claire and I can finally wear my hair down again. The entire staff is friendly and every kept an upbeat positive energy around the salon. I will definitely be going back for everything.

The quality of service and professional work is second to none! Easy to get in and the final product (you look fabulous) is amazing!! I highly recommend VM at the Avalon!!
