Love haircuts from Victoria. However, hate nearly everything else. Hauty girls who book appointments are always unfriendly. I had a colorist tell me she could not do what I wanted “not possible” (though I had the exact services at my last salon). This was my last visit. Learned the reason she it was because I had not booked the proper color service - how am I supposed to know what it is called? Faith is extremely skilled colorist and worth the money if you can get an appt with her but it is not easy. Sadly though I am moving on. Can’t put up with this place any more.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Victoria at the Forum location for an amazing job on my hair today. You listened, you figured it out, and did an awesome job. The 2 hour ride from Murphy NC was well worth it to come and have you save me from a nightmare hair cut from another salon. Thank you for your understanding, patience and professionalism. Very disappointed, have been going here every four weeks for over two years. Today I showed up for my appointment and they had neglected to let me know it had been cancelled. I had received a text this morning confirming my appointment. The woman said that they left me a message, clearly I didn't get it, and I am between business trips so I needed to get my color done this weekend. When I asked them to help me make this right and then cancel my next 12 months worth of appointments the customer service woman said no problem , because it wasn't a problem for her and she just didn't care. Drove an hour to East Cobb...... No problem.....Good bye Van Michael.

Roxie was my hair dresser and she was absolutely amazing. My hair has been falling out like crazy for many months and she helped give me back my confidence, definitely recommend her!

ALWAYS have the best experience!! Friendly staff. Stylists listen to their clients. There are always promotions going on, so is relatively affordable.
