To Expensive!! I only wanted a wash and wrap and cut I have never spent this much for a wash and wrap and she did not know how to plastic wrap the hair tight!!! It was so lose!!! Not a good out come I did not feel beautiful leaving the chair😣

I went in for a wash and press. I was initially upset when I was quoted $30 for the service then, after agreeing to have it done, I was told there was an extra $10 fee for the length of my hair. While getting my hair done the stylist carelessly pulled out my cartilage piecing and lost it. When I asked her about the missing piercing she told me that she never knew it was there and that she never pays attention to piercings . She told me she never even noticed the large hole in my upper ear even though she has to work around my ear to straighten it. She then told me that I'd just have to go buy a new piercing. In addition to this incident, my hair after the service was completed was dryer, rougher, and less flattering than when I went in. I ended up having to go home and redo my hair myself because it felt and looked so awful ( I took pictures). When I expressed these complaints to the stylists she gave me excuses as to why my hair may have come out that way, saying " It was my first time using that flat iron" and " I don't even really like that product that I used in your hair." and " we don't really get a lot of ethnic hair in here". (she was a black stylist, so I trusted her to be able to handle my hair properly.) When I expressed my concerns to the store supervisor she asked me to send her the pictures of my hair after the service and told me she'd contact me after she spoke to her higher up. I was later told that they decided they could only offer to redo my service, but that a refund couldn't be offered because they don't like to give refunds. I told her I wasn't interested in having my hair done again and she basically expressed that that was my only option. the pictures show may hair after I redid half of it, so you can see the that my hair the difference between the salon STYLISTS works and my work. - Stylist was Autumn

Today I went to the salon to get my eyebrows done. I had nice thick eyebrows and now there all uneven, crooked and look absolutely terrible. Never again will I get my eyebrows done here!!!

Went to get my hair done as a walk-in around 4:20 on a Sunday. The shop was completely empty but I was told that I was cutting it to close to their 6pm closing time to be serviced. THE SHOP WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY AND THERE WAS AN 1HR AND 40MINS UNTIL CLOSING!!! I felt very unwelcomed and returned home with nothing but frustration. Avoid at all costs.
