Convenient, you can check in online to save time and they always do a good job.

You get what you pay for! This place is probably great for kids and men, but if you have long hair, expect a lazy haircut. My hair requires more than 15 minutes; the shortest amount of time it has taken a hairdresser before my experience here is an hour and a half. If you aren't equipped to cut long, thick hair, I would rather you turn me away than receive a bad haircut. My hairdresser just wanted to get me in and out, there was no precision or effort and now my hair is a choppy mess. Go to a salon if you have longer hair because these people are used to spending a small amount of time on hair and won't make an exception to actually give you a great haircut.
