The only issue here is the wait. They do turn over a lot of people needing haircuts, so it's understandable. But for the price...it's a good deal. You never know who's going to be there when you get your haircut.

Update
This past week, my wife and I needed a cut. I had an hour before my next appointment. We have been to your shop in the WalMart Plaza - Warner Robins a lot. I'd guess 100 times or more. I tried to login via the app, and it failed. Three times. I called the shop. and confirmed they had zero people in the shop. No waiting. I told them we were on the way, and asked if they would put us down as being "on the way, appointment, or anything that would help us get our cuts quickly".
I was told no, that you don't take appointments and we would have to take our chances. So, we went to a different shop, got great cuts, and have uninstalled your app. Congratulations.
