Kay was my hairstylist and she was awesome! I keep my hair simple. #1 all over with a taper in the back. She was lightning quick but didnt miss anything. Highly recommend her. The lady that has been cutting my hair for 13 years just had a baby so i used Greatclips since she is not working. Thank you Kay! You are a true professional.

The only issue here is the wait. They do turn over a lot of people needing haircuts, so it's understandable. But for the price...it's a good deal. You never know who's going to be there when you get your haircut. _________________ Update This past week, my wife and I needed a cut. I had an hour before my next appointment. We have been to your shop in the WalMart Plaza - Warner Robins a lot. I'd guess 100 times or more. I tried to login via the app, and it failed. Three times. I called the shop. and confirmed they had zero people in the shop. No waiting. I told them we were on the way, and asked if they would put us down as being "on the way, appointment, or anything that would help us get our cuts quickly". I was told no, that you don't take appointments and we would have to take our chances. So, we went to a different shop, got great cuts, and have uninstalled your app. Congratulations.

Wanda was AMAZING! I stopped in for a woman's haircut for only $14. I hadn't had a haircut in over a year, and Wanda made me feel so comfortable. I've been to several salons over the years and never found one I love. But for a fraction of the price, more availability, and shorter wait times, this salon has an even better professionalism, cleanliness, and calming atmosphere than any other I've been to, and I walked away with a haircut I loved and felt confident with.

I love Great Clips, but it’s seems as if you are not “White, “ then you will not receive a consistent service feel in comparison . I recommend going if you are a person of color but go to the first woman on the right ( as you are walking in.) She is lovely, as for the rest of them. It’s a “No,” for me. It’s sad in 2022 that I still have to make reviews such as this. I pray for growth.
