Walked in and a girl named tiffany was really rude and when I asked to speak to the manager she said I don't care she's over there. So I grabbed a business card and said I would rather just talk to owner and she said good luck with that his name is Frank

I have been going to Adranne for over a year now. Cut after cut she is an expert! She listens closely and has the important skills to cut in the layers, leave the fringe, cut in bangs/no bangs, I change it up a lot and she never gets frustrated with me. She is an expert colorist as well. I have left my go gray now, but we are thinking of adding some low lights and highlights. She gets it!!! I am a Senior, so the cut is only $13!!! Can you believe it??? Call her today and tell her I recommended her. She is more than worth the trip.

I have been seeing Jennifer for 3 years. She worked at a different hair salon for the first year and moved to fantastic SAMs and of course I followed her! She does AMAZING color/highlights and her hair cuts are always exactly what I want. I've brought in pictures of haircuts that weren't great, and she tells me that she can do something better for my face shape, and let me say, is she always right! I trust her with my life. I recently moved to Texas and haven't gotten my hair done here because I don't trust anyone else but her! I'll be getting my hair done again when I return to canton in a couple of weeks. :) always ask for Jennifer! You won't regret it.

Clearly not looking to grow business...after wasting 30 min of my time waiting I'm informed that I won't be helped for a simple trim for at least another obvious hour. I have never been to a salon where the stylist sits and waits for her color to process with customers waiting...the poor man before me waited 45min past his appointment time just to hear some BS excuse and no apology. They all look capable of their job but not of. Keeping a smooth professional flow.

Gave the girl a pic and asked to have hair cut that way! Stacked bob to flip under. Oh sure I can do that she said. Boy was she wrong! When she started I reminder her again I wanted it to flip under. Well my hair flips out and to short to get it fixed! I will never go back. She didn't even have styling gel, hair spray, etc at her station!
