I am going to Great Clips, the same store for years. I am particular about my hairstyle and so l visit them every two weeks, like clockwork. My experience has always been wonderful. The ladies working there are very good at their jobs and public relations. Curtesy is the buzzword. Keep up the good work.

I wish I could remember the hair professional's name that cut my hair yesterday. (I apologize.) I just might drive by to give her a big hug. This is the BEST haircut I have had in years. This Professional understood fine hair and cut my hair perfect and I know it will and still look great! Thank you, Beautiful Lady!!!

Stephanie is my go to girl at this Great Clips. She is excellent at cutting hair and also very quick; even though I have short hair, I have had such a hard time finding someone who could cut my hair right, well, I thank God for Stephanie, she is amazing 👏

Took my grandmother to get her haircut. All of the stylists were having disgustingly transphobic conversations. Referring to a trans woman as a man, calling her “him” Claimed basic respect was too big of an inconvenience to them. Great clips will never be getting our business again. Edit: things have been sorted out :)
