Hello, I always go into my Ulta store in Hiram. I am used to working with a sweet lady named Cat. She is the most knowledgeable on make up that I have ever Had as a make up artist. . I used to be a make up artist myself and talking to her is such a pleasurable experience in the knowledge of all the products that are new ….she’s up-to-date on all new items that are coming in.she knows what looks good on you and she makes wonderful suggestions. She never steers you wrong… She was even knowledgeable on skin care, along with every makeup line they had in there. I absolutely love shimmer lipstick, which is rare and hard to find. She knew every product that I should try what make up line it was in. I would highly recommend going there and visiting her. She’s always in style every time I see her. I’ve been in there lately and I have not seen her so I pray that I see her soon. Because she definitely knows what she is doing. Which she is awesome person to visit at Ulta……

The manger was rude from the moment I walked to the counter. I assumed she was having a bad day not my business. I said I called to have a pattern steamer placed on hold for me… she turned I thought to look for it.. she asked anyone seen a steamer they said no. She said NOPE… I paused then said the young lady on the phone named Kat said she would hold one for me since I was driving an hour away. She simply said Kat isn’t even here today… I smiled and asked how would I know you even have an employee named Kat here unless someone on the phone said so. She walked away speaking in an earpiece I decided to wait upon her return… she returned with a big cardboard box they opened it and she just slid it in my direction in the counter. I was pleasant gave my number and offered my receipt she mumbled she found it. I looked hard at her name tag to make sure she was a manager appeared so. I asked a question about the 21 days sale and she was just awful. I spent 400.00 the day before at ultra in Newnan and they were normal humans. I wouldn’t never ever in life go to this location or suggest anyone do so…. Wanted to email corporate so this will also be my email. If your hungry or angry maybe don’t interact with the customers I don’t get dressed to go spend my hard earned money to be disrespected by a Karen. Absolutely worst shopping experience this year

Worst Customer Service ever experienced in an Ulta location. The cashier Travena (spelling?) was extremely nice and outgoing to the Caucasian family she assisted before me, however when I picked up items previously ordered, her demeanor was snarky, with a rude facial expression to match. When her lack of customer service was brought to her attention, she made a more intentional mean facial expression, layer offering an apology claiming her off putting behavior 'had nothing to do with me.' Regardless, disappointing... and will never shop at this location again.

I had an amazing experience at Ulta Beauty, where I received the perfect treatment to bring new life to my hair. My stylist, Melayne, went above and beyond—adding highlights, giving my hair a healthy trim, and making me feel truly special throughout the process. From the revitalizing wash and treatment to the finishing touches, she handled everything with such care and skill. When I saw the final results, I was overwhelmed with joy and even brought to tears—I couldn’t believe how beautiful my hair looked. I highly recommend Ulta Beauty and a professional like Melayne for anyone looking for top-quality service and a truly uplifting experience. Without a doubt, this was the best salon visit I’ve ever had.

If any management sees this, PLEASE PROMOTE YOSHI!!! This girl was the most kind and understanding employee I have ever encountered, it really just felt like we were friends chatting, and she helped me pick out a couple beautiful shades of lipstick and really knew her colors despite only working there for one month!! I might come back someday just to see her again!
