I will not ever go back here! Told me to be there at 10:00. I waited for an hour got up to leave they begged me to stay. They started on my hair at 12:00 and did several heads in between. Fanta started in my hair and her daughter finished while eating her zaxbys. After I got ugly Fanta finished some fish tail braids or whatever they are and started back on my head. My braids that the daughter did started to come a loose the very next day. This place is absolutely nasty! While I was there they dropped combs on the floor several times. They dropped wods if gel twice picked it up and put it back in the container.

I went there once for micros and I loved it, but I went there a second time for box braids and it was TOTALLY different. While I was getting my hair done the woman was arguing with some cheating older man on the phone in a different language, seems like you'd keep personal issues out of your business. They speak ugly about you if they mess up on your hair in other languages as well, they highly assume you don't know said language... wrong. Next they has a little kid working on my head, maybe 12, along with an older woman which I don't really approve of (the child). I wanted to use the bathroom but it was filthy the toilet was broken and didn't flush and they had no soap or toilet paper, she used water from a mop bucket to make it flush. There were bugs crawling on the floor, you'd think it would be cleaner since you're touching peoples hair! They yanked at my hair until it fell out, I have bald spots from this. When I got hoke with the too tight of braids, they began to itch like crazy. It was unbearable to the point where I had to remove the braids myself. They must've put something in my scalp or had something on their hands but It was horrible, not to mention a waste of $200 dollars. So I'd say they have good and bad days, but I don't recommend going at all if you don't want to have a bad day.. this was horrid. Don't waste your money.

My name is Teira (I'm under my fiancé profile) but I live in Ohio everytime I trip to Warner Robins Fanta sister gets me right!! I have not had a bad experience yet!! Very clean fast and neat braids and they welcome me each time with open arms!! Thanks Fanta!!

Horrible experience will not be returning! I had 5 different ppl doing my hair including a 12 year old and a 19 year old. They didnt keep anyone's appt time told me to come at 330 started at 430. The child and the aunt argued while doing my hair, which lead to the child being popped and scolded she eventually walked out (highly unprofessional) Stopped doing my hair to start on another client another hair dresser resumed doing my hair after an hour. I had to use the restroom it was dirty I decided to hold it. I was there from 3:30pm till 1am getting microtwist. (A women came in several hours after they started on me getting micro braids and she was done before me.)those hours could have been cut if they had an ounce of professionalism. I wasn't going to write this but one of my braids came out this morning and it hasn't even been a week! Do not use this shop! Go anywhere but here you've been warned.
