Mrs. N saved me from the disaster I made of my hair. She is very sweet and kind and is so knowledgeable about hair color. I also saw her work with a couple of other people and she was just awesome. I've never been so satisfied with anyone that did my color but I will be using her until she retires!!!! LOVE HER!!

The ad in the yellow pages was very nicely and professionally done. Unfortunately the service is so poor, it is effectively false advertising. I went twice (hoping the first time was a fluke). On both occasions, I ended up with shampoo water dripping down my back (she didn't bother to refresh the towel or wrap it properly). The second time she dripped hair dye onto my new shorts and ruined them, in addition to my hair. She didn't listen when I said "subtle and business-like highlights" and instead gave me 1-inch-wide broad white streaks that looked more like an aging rock singer. To top it all off, when I asked for a receipt, she said she didn't have any because she "never uses them." !!! When I insisted, she scribbled a number on the back of a business card. Definitely both beauty-school and business-school dropout. I will never go back and do not recommend.

Noriko is so friendly and cuts my hair great! I work in retail and literally everyday I have someone comment about how they love my hair and how modern it looks.
