It was easy to make an appointment online, and we arrived early but did not have to wait. My 2.5 year old got to watch a show she likes, sit in the car she chose, and got a great haircut in about 20 minutes. They used high quality products that made her hair smell great, and styled it for us before we left at no additional cost. My kiddo's favorite parts were probably the complimentary lollipop and indoor slide. The whole place was very clean and fresh. We will return.

I stepped in with my son and both hair stylist where chatting away barely even acknowledged us and almost appeared to be bothered by our interruption. I gave it a minute to see if they would appreciate having at least one customer in their business but they proceeded to have their conversation providing little to no customer service . As a business owner these are the exact type of employees I stay away from , when a customer steps in nothing is more important than that individual. We have options as consumers. I left as she asked “your name “ I said “that’s ok I’ll be back “ and of course I never did. This place is for our kids to feel welcome but that also includes the parents. Visit happened on sat 3/10 between 1-2:30pm
