I would not recommend at all to go to this location unless you are client of Donna. The so called Stylist are rude. My first experience with the strong lady who was extremely rude and does not listen to how you want your haircut to be and completes in her own terrible way within 2 minutes. The same lady recently did not take me in even after checking in online before 45 min of close time and only one other customer in line. Not sure why they have the store open if they do not want the customers. I generally go there for Donna who is the only excellent stylish in the store.

Have been going here for a haircut for about 4 years now and the past 4-5 times Iâ€™ve gotten a haircut by an Asian stylist. She is AMAZING! she cut my hair just the way I asked and had her do a beard and mustache trim and it was on point! She took her time and was very detailed. Iâ€™m very happy with this location and Iâ€™m a marine veteran in which they always give me a discount for that and I donâ€™t ask! Thanks guys!

My husband brought my 6 year old to get his haircut this morning. We normally go to a different Great Clips but due to proximity to our home and timing we decided to take a chance. Bad idea. The entire salon has a policy that a parent may NOT accompany a minor when they are getting their haircut. My 6 year old sat there by himself and got the world's worst haircut. I mean his hair naturally parts to one side and is relatively easy to cut as per previous stylists. I don't know if this stylist didn't care or just wanted to get a kid out of her chair but his hair looks terrible! It's completely uneven in the front and back and there are areas where it looks like she missed? I am baffled. Thankfully he's a kid and doesn't seem to mind much, but I am shocked that this person has a job as a hair stylist. Unbelievable!

Wanted to write a review after seeing all of the poor reviews posted for this location. I've never had a problem getting my hair cut here, and Donna, who typically cuts my hair, does a fantastic job. Sorry to hear about all of the other poor experiences, but speaking for myself I really enjoy coming here and having my hair cut by Donna.

I was visiting this place since 2 years, l was consistently getting a hair cut from an old lady which was good. But today, l got hair cut from another person, the way she handled my head and hair for just a â€˜2â€™ min haircut is very bad. Probably this would stand out to be the worst experience ever.
