Don’t believe the negative reviews they do great hair the owner and the sister are GREAT THEY both did my hair plenty of times I’m very picky with who touch my hair but they are awesome the owner makes you feel welcome and loves her clients they work super fast best braiding shop in Atlanta!!

The customer service here is horrible and the owner of the shop is very slow and her work is sloppy. Several months ago she took at least 7 hours on my 9 year old with box braids!!! I took my 12 year old daughter there yesterday for some lemonade braids and she didn’t braid them to the scalp in the front. After i told her i didn’t like it she began to yell at me then called me later on telling me not to come back to her shop. She’s very unprofessional, slow and her shop stinks. The younger lady that works there is really good and fast but unfortunately you have to go through the owner for service.

DON'T GO !!!, DON'T GO!!!I DON'T GO !!!! Went to Fan on 12/15 and by 12/26 my braids was looking like I had them for a month. I Went back to ask the shop just to fix the edges I can work with the middle, the shop owner said she will fix the problem for free come back in the morning cause they was book for the night. Went back on 12/28 as advise and that's when the shop own advise that I would have to pay $60.00 to have the touch up done, I then ask a touch after 10 days my hair should not be looking a month old after 10 days. The shop owner still advise $60.00 at that point I left cause wasn't going to pay another $60.00 on top of the $150.00 I just gave her on 12/15 and its not a guarantee the edges will be fix correctly. I end going to Fatima Hair Braiding (on Memorial Dr.) she end up doing almost 2-4 row to correct the problem Fan Hair Braiding mess up.
