Saturday, March 18th I had an 11:30 am appointment with Martel. I had to text him to inquire when was he coming. He claimed several times he was en route. 1:00 pm, no Martel. Martel NEVER showed up. He did not have the decency to say he couldn't make it to the appointment I scheduled with him. Nor did he apologize for not showing up, for lying saying he was on his way. Very UNPROFESSIONAL.

Keitsha is the ABSOLUTE BEST at what she does. She is very professional and she takes care of my hair needs. My hair is healthier and longer because of her high quality services!

I've been going to this salon for at least 3 years and I love it! Martel and Nia are incredibly talented I can trust them to always take care of my daughters and my hair!
